Each year the Customer Conference brings together staff, customers and business partners from around North America and is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, solutions and best-practices.

The 2010 Conference will include many in-depth, informative sessions and our experienced Support Professionals will be on hand to provide one-on-one assistance at our Support Center. The Partner Showcase will provide our customers with a relaxed environment in which to explore the various types of products and services offered and how they might benefit their respective organizations.

Our primary focus this year will be on the customer experience. The conference has been designed around our customer’s business needs and expectations.

The 2010 Customer Conference will be held at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center and will introduce you to some of the latest innovations we have to offer. The workshops and seminars will offer attendees the opportunity to share information, network and form valuable support groups

Conference sessions will begin on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 and conclude on Friday, October 22, 2010. We will also be hosting an Executive Steering Committee meeting beginning on Tuesday, October 19th at 12:00. Please review the agenda for more details.

ATTENDEES:

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions and exhibits
  • Partner Showcase
  • Support Center
  • All conference sponsored meal and social functions (as outlined in the Agenda)

As part of our 2010 Support Program, two (2) employees from each utility are eligible to enroll in the Customer Conference at no charge. For utilities sending more then two (2) attendees, the following costs apply.

Early Bird’ registration fee is $850USD
‘Late’ registration fee is $1,000USD
‘On-Site’ registration is $1,150.00USD

GUESTS

The guest registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the cocktail reception on Wednesday
    • evening
  • Admission to the banquet on Thursday evening

This fee is intended for use by registered attendee’s spouse or guest and is not for use by co-workers. The ‘Early Bird’ guest fee is $175USD.

 

Registration forms will not be processed until payment is received. Registrations received after July 31, 2010 will be subject to the ‘Late’ fee. Registrations received after October 1, 2010 will be subject to the ‘On-Site’ fee.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided if a written cancellation is received before July 31st, 2010.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 31st, 2010.
